Use melamine to create molds for the concrete countertops.

Hot glue all the melamine pieces together.

Seal the inside edges of melamine pieces with black silicone caulk.

Glue & screw together 2 plywood pieces for the forms of the concrete countertops.

Place 3/8” inch rebars to plywood core pieces.

Mix together Quikrete Countertop Mix & put in the molds.

After putting in concrete mixture, place the wood core in concrete. Set weights on top.

Repeat step 6 & 7 to the larger melamine form.

Let concrete cure for 3 days before breaking the mold.

Cut deck boards to the appropriate sizes.

Next, pre-finish the pieces and let sit for 15 minutes and wipe off. Use wood glue to assemble.

Glue on spacers to wood. Screw the top wood pieces together.

Assemble the pieces together on steel base.

Seal concrete with paste wax and let sit for a couple minutes. Wipe off the excess.
