Paan Ice Cream
5 Finely chopped betal leaves

Add betal leaves, 1tsp fennel seeds, 1tbsp gulkand, 1/8 cup milk and blend it into fine paste

1 cup heavy whipping cream

Beat it on medium speed for 1 minute

Add 1/2 cup condensed milk

Beat it for 15-20 seconds

Ice cream base is ready

Add 1tbsp finely chopped pitted dates, 1tbsp tutti Frutti, 1tbsp chopped almonds and cashew and betal leaves paste

Fold it gently

Transfer ice cream into any airtight glass/plastic/aluminium container

Level it

Garnish it with some tutti frutti

To avoid forming ice crystals cover container with cling wrap. Close the lid

Freeze it for 10-12 hours
