Palak Gosht in Instant Pot.
Turn on your Instant pot on sauté mode add oil

till it become translucent

Add black pepper corns

Add bay leaves & 1/2 inch cinnaman stick

Add ginger & garlic paste

Add 3 dried red chillis

Now add 1/2 kg mutton

Add turmeric, red chilli powder and corriander powder

now add cumin powder

Add 1 tablespoon of ghee during frying the spices

Add chopped tomatoes

Add 1/4 cup water

Now add chopped spinach

Add spinach and mix nicely you can also add 2 green chillies.

Now turn off the sauté mode and close the lid.

Turn on the pressure mode and set a timer for 15 mins.

After 11 mins open the lid once the pressure is release

Little bit of water is left. fry till the oil start splittering from the sides.
