Paleo, Gluten/grain Free Crackers
Combine the almond meal, salt and paprika in a large mixing bowl

Add the dried rosemary and plenty of freshly cracked black pepper

Whisk to combine

Add one extra large egg, mix with a spoon and then knead with your hands until a ball forms

Roll it out very thinly between two sheets of baking paper

Use the cutter of your choice to cut the crackers out of the dough

Place crackers on a lined baking sheet and gather the scraps into a ball

Continue the process of cutting and rolling until you have used all the dough

Bake the crackers in a 180C/350F oven for 10-12 minutes

Add the toppings of your choice and serve! Crackers keep very well in an airtight container
