Mixed Greens

Pear

Red Onion
1/2 cup
Toasted Hazelnuts
1/3 cup
Pomegranate Seeds
1-2 tbsp
Aged Balsamic Vinegar
3 tbsp
Light Oil (avocado or olive)
A pinch
Kosher Salt
Put the greens into a large bowl

Cut the pear into thin slices.

Thinly slice the red onion.

Roughly chop the toasted hazelnuts, either with a food processor or knife.

Make the dressing by adding aged balsamic vinegar, oil, & kosher salt to a jar & shake vigorously.

Cut open the pomegranate and separate the sides. Carefully pick the seeds out.

Pile the toppings on the greens, then pour the dressing on top. Enjoy!
