Take a pan and add a liter/0.26 Gallons of whole cream milk

Let the milk boil and keep stirring the milk at regular intervals

Keep stirring until the milk thickens. Don't let the milk overflow. Adjust the flame if it does

Once the milk condenses (becomes half of what you poured) - Now, Add a cup of sugar and stir it well

Keep stirring and don't let the milk burn or stick to the pan

When it becomes much more thicker add a pinch of Cardamon powder

You should attain the above consistency. The mixture shouldn't stick to the pan as you see above

When it turns pasty, Switchoff the burner and let it cool before you transfer into a serving bowl

Garnish it with some saffron stalks and it's ready to be enjoyed !
