Paneer Stuffed Besan Chilla
Collect all ingredients. 1 cup besan, paneer, peas, finely chopped ginger, onion and green chillies.

Prepare the chilla batter by taking 1 cup besan,1/2 tsp ajwain,1 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp hing powder.

Add 3/4 cup water and whisk untill there are no lumps.

Mix grated paneer, chopped onions, ginger, peas, green chillies together.

Add salt and pepper to taste.

Put a spoon of ghee and pour the batter on a hot tawa.Then spread it gently.

Allow to cook on a low to medium flame for a minute or until the bottom is cooked completely.

Now flip the chilla gently. Press gently, making sure the chilla is cooked from both sides.

Now spread the prepared paneer filling on half of the chilla.

Fold half and roast slighly crisp.

Finally, enjoy the paneer chilla with green chutney and ketchup.
