What you'll need
Halved lengthwise
Chicken breast

Canola oil (or other)
Seasoned to taste
Salt, pepper, chili, oregano

Season the chicken on both sides to taste

Add one tbsp of oil to a medium-high heat

Carefully place the two pieces of chicken on the pan to sear underneath, then flip to cook

Fry for five mins, and flip for another three
