Pan-frying Chicken Breasts

Season both sides of your chicken breasts with Lawry’s seasoning salt.
Pour about ½ bag of Kentucky Kernel Seasoned Flour in a shallow bowl.
Dredge each chicken breast in the flour. DO NOT shake off excess flour!
Pour avocado oil about 1/2” up the side of a cast iron skillet. Heat on high for about 4 minutes. Start frying chicken!
Make sure the chicken breasts are nice and golden brown before you turn them. The one in the bottom isn’t quite there!
Flip and cook until the internal temperature of the chicken is 158ºF. Perfect golden brown fried chicken!
