It will be slightly sticky. Flour your hands and remove the dough.

Spray a bowl with cooking spray and place the dough into the bowl. Cover and let rise 1 hour.

While the dough is rising make the sauce by combining coconut milk, sugar and cornstarch.

Then turn on the heat and cook on medium heat for 7 minutes or until thickened.

Spray a pan and your hands and grab about 1/4 cup of the dough. Form balls and place in the pan.

Cover with plastic wrap and rise another hour. Preheat oven to 350 about 20 minutes before cooking.
