Panna Cotta With Berry Purée
Ingredients:240ml Milk, 90gr Sugar, 5gr powdered gelatin, 240ml Heavy Cream, 1/4 Vanilla Bean(split)

Add the milk, sugar and vanilla bean into a saucepan.

Sprinkle the powdered gelatin on top of milk.

Set aside for 3-5 minutes, until wrinkles appear.

Heat this mixture over medium heat...

Until it reaches 180F.

Remove from the heat and cool it to 110-120F.

Remove the vanilla bean.

Stir in the heavy cream.

Pour into 120ml glasses.

Refrigerate until completely set, approximately 8 hours.

Garnish them with your favorite topping or some fresh fruit or both 🤩
