Measure 1 cup of cold milk, add to the saucepan. Add 1 packet gelatin and let it sit for 10 min

Now turn on the flame on med-low and add 1/3rd cup sugar and a pinch of salt. Let the sugar dissolve

Make sure you do not boil your milk
Take the pan off the heat and add 1 tbsp vanilla essence (vanilla bean paste preferably) and mix.

Now add your milk mixture in 2 cups of thickened cream( heavy cream).

You can skip this step, i usually sieve just to get rid of any gelatin residue

Now pour in the liquid in your desired cups. Shown a variety here. Set for 4-6 hours in fridge

Take 2 cups of frozen berries add 1/3rd cup sugar and 2 tbsp lemon juice. Let it simmer

Wait for this consistency. Let it cool down. Pour on your set panna cotta & garnish with mint leaves
