Pav Bhaji Using Onion Tomato Masala

Sauté 2 tbsps Pav Bhaji masala in hot oil for about 10 seconds. Add 2 cups of onion tomato masala

Add salt & veggies (potatoes, peas, bell peppers, beans, cauliflower etc) along with 1 cup water.

Pressure cook for 10 Minutes and quickly release pressure.

Use an immersion blender to purée it.

Add butter, cilantro and mix well.

Add a tablespoon of lime juice (or more). Enjoy!

Enjoy with Pav and with some more butter, onions and cilantro.
