PC Quick Cooker Chocolate Pudding

Combine milk, heavy cream, and chocolate. Microwave until the chocolate is melted.

In the Ceramic Pot Insert, combine sugar, 1 whole egg and 4 yolks, and vanilla.

Whisk well to combine.

Save your leftover egg whites for another recipe!

The chocolate/milk mixture is ready to combine with the egg/sugar mixture.

Slowly add the hot milk mixture while whisking so you don't scramble the eggs!

All done and ready to cook!

Cover the Ceramic Pot with the Silicone Lid and place in the wire cradle.

Add 1 1/2 cups water and the wire rack to the Quick Cooker.

Select the Dessert setting and adjust the time to 38 minutes.

When the Quick Cooker beeps it's done, manually release the pressure by pushing the release button.

Carfully remove the Ceramic Pot! I use the PC Mini Oven Mitts.

Cool until room temperature. Place in the fridge to continue cooling for 3 hours.
