Peach Bourbon Baked Beans

Start by soaking your beans a full day prior. This helps improve digestion & absorb nutrients

Render 6 pieces of bacon. Set aside and keep the bacon fat in the pan!

Add one large chopped sweet onion & 3 chopped peaches to bacon fat. Cook for 5-7 min on medium low

Once onions & peaches caramelize, add your rinsed beans, 1.5 cups bbq sauce & 1/3 cup bourbon.

Add 2 tbsp of your favorite mustard & drizzle of balsamic. Bring to a boil.

Add garlic, onion & chili powder. Mix thoroughly, cover pot and simmer on low for 45 min.

Chop your bacon, add to the pan. salt & pepper to taste! Done!
