St. Dalfour Golden Peach Fruit Spread

Peaches

1 teaspoon
Cinnamon

Pre-heat oven to 400 F

Place a sheet of parchment paper on sheet pan (or just grease pan)

Be sure to thaw pastry according to package

Using a sharp knife, outline the pastry!

Do not cut all the way through!

If peach preserves are cold, warm them a little to make them easier to spread

Spread it out to cover all but edges!

Time to slice the peaches!

Slice around the pit!

Remove pit.

Thinly slice the peach!

Fan out sliced peaches, slightly overlapping, then spread more fruit preserves over top

Add more fruit spread over top

Dust with cinnamon over top
Fill in any open spots with peaches and sprinkle with cinnamon!

Bake at 400 F. For 30 minutes, turning half way thru

Look for a golden brown and fruit bubbling, or bake a little longer!

Allow to cool

Slice and serve!
