Peachy Keen Chicken
Bake chicken until juices run clear. I'm going to try making this in the crockpot.

Wash, peel, dice and pit 3 medium peaches. Add peaches to pot.

Grind 1/2 tsp of rosemary. Add to the sauce.

Make peach sauce: 2 tbsp oil, brown sugar, vinegar, 1 tbsp mustard & starch, 1/4 tsp salt & pepper.

Wash and cut carrots. Bake carrots until warm yet still crunchy.

Add frozen beans to a bowl. Pour boiling water over them to thaw and warm. Drain off water.

Serve chicken with peach sauce, veggies and rice. Enjoy!
