What you'll need
Plain Flour, 150g
Butter (melted), 75g
Honey, 1 tbsp
Brown Sugar, 50g
Granulated Sugar, 20g
Baking Soda, 1/2 Tsp
Salt, 1/4 tsp
Egg Yolks, 1
Chocolate Chips, 50g
Powdered Peak Milk,
Peak Milk, 30ml
Combine flour, peak milk powder, salt, and baking soda in a bowl
To a separate bowl, add melted butter, sugars, honey, peak milk, egg yolk. Whisk to combine
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and mix to combine
Optional step: mix in chocolate chips. Then chill for an hour in the fridge
After chilling, roll the dough into small balls and place on baking tray lined with baking paper
Bake at 150°C for 15 minutes. Cookies should be soft. Store in an airtight container for 2 days.
