Peanut Butter Pretzel Truffle Balls
Pour 2 cups of mini pretzels into a bowl and crush with hands

Add in 1 1/4 cups of almond flour to crushed pretzel mix

Now add in 1 tsp of vanilla extract

My favorite is next! Add in 1 1/2 cups of peanut butter

Time to add in a 1/4 cup of sugar free maple syrup!

Here is the best part. Bind all of the ingredients together with your hands!

With an icecream scooper, scoop out about an inch of dough and roll with your hands into a ball

Now pop into the freezer for 15 minutes!

Time for the chocolate drizzle. Take a cup of hu chocolate gems and pour it into a bowl

Add in 1 tbsp of coconut oil

Microwave for about 1 minute and 30 seconds until ingredients are fully melted

Mix around the chocolate to make sure the consistency is perfect

Now take the balls out of the fridge, drizzle and ENJOY!
