Penne With Vodka Sauce
Mince 3 garlic cloves

Dice 1/2 onion

Grate a small block of Parmesan cheese

Chop fresh basil and fresh oregano

Add pancetta and onion to pan and cook for 3 to 4 minutes

Add 1/4 teaspoon red pepper

Add tomatoes, 1/2 cup vodka, salt and pepper to taste

Stir and heat until bubbling, and simmer for about 15 minutes

Add heavy cream and cheese to pan

Add basil and oregano, stir

Add cooked pasta to pan, and stir until mixed through.
