2 garlic, 1/2 Red, Yellow, Green and Orange Pepper. 1 small onion 1/4 tbsp EVOO and 3/4 cup passata

Chop the onion and all the peppers

Add the oil in a pot or pan with the garlic and fry the onion for about 2 min.

Add the peppers, mix and cook for approx. 10 minutes.

Stir constantly

Remove garlic, season and add tomato puree. Cook for 15 min over medium heat.
