Peppermint Hot Chocolate Bombs
Melt chocolate chips and spread chocolate into the molds

Add a second layer of chocolate into the molds-spreading as evenly as possible

Freeze 15-30 mins. Remove chocolate shells from molds

Slightly melt the edge of two shells to make them level and allow you to stick them together after filling

Add a heaping tablespoon of hot chocolate mix

Add crushed peppermint

Top with the other half shell. Run your finger around the seam to seal it. Repeat with the rest of your shells

Melt white chocolate and drizzle on top of the bombs. Add more crushed peppermint and/or sprinkles

Place your bomb in a mug. Pour in 8 oz of hot milk or water. Watch the bomb melt. Stir and Enjoy!
