Perfect Sweet Potato Casserole
Peel and cube 3 lbs sweet potatoes, approx 3 lg potatoes

Fill with enough water to cover, bring to a boil and boil for 15 min, or....

Return to pot- and mash

1/2 c BS, 1 c chop pecans, 1/2 c room t. milk, 1/4 c melted butter, 1 tsp van, cin & nutmeg, salt

Make filling- 6 TBSP melted butter, 1 TBS cin, 1 c flour, 1 cup Brown Sugar. Mix into a crumble.

Make topping- 1 c chop pecans, 2 TBS flour, 2 TBS BS, 1/4 c melted butter

Assemble- 1/2 potato mixture, half of the filling, repeat and top with topping.

Top with 1 1/2 cup mini marshmallows and bake at 350 for 35 min.
