Perfect Weeknight Baked Salmon
Coat a glass baking dish with olive oil. Add slides of center cut salmon filets. Spray the top with olive oil.

Remove the stems, finely chop one sprig of dill per steak of salmon.

Cut a thin slice of lemon for each fillet. Save the remainder to squeeze on the salmon.

Top the salmon with salt and pepper, dill. Then add squeeze the remaining lemon and add the lemon slices to the top of each fillet.

Bake at 425: 9 min for rare, 11 min for medium rare and 13 min for well done. Exact time will differ based on salmon thickness.

The salmon will continue to cook after it comes out of the oven. It will look like this when it comes out if you want it medium rare.
