Perfectly Fluffy & Creamy Mashed Potatoes
Peel and chop potatoes into approx 1 inch pieces - place into large pot

Place cold water into large pot & then bring to boil - reduce to a quick simmer for approx 15 min

Until fork tender - then place back in hot pot - allow moisture to dry out for one minute

Add cold butter & warm cream and get started - mash away until you reach the consistency you like.
