Perfectly Roasted Brussels Sprouts
Step 1: trim off the ends and cut in half or quarters aiming for similar sized pieces
Step 2: add them to a parchment-lined baking sheet and spread into a single layer for even roasting

Step 3: season with cooking spray, s + p, coconut aminos and maple syrup
Step 4: toss, roast at 400F for 25 minutes until crispy and golden
