Perform The Kettlebell Clean
Hike the bell between your legs as if you were performing a single arm swing

Tug the Kettlebell into you as if you are going to elbow someone behind you

Shoot your hand through the handle and out run the Kettlebell to the top.

Kettlebell will rest in the Rack position with elbow tucked close to your rib cage.

To get into the next rep, avoid casting the bells in front by simply dropping the bell straight down

It helps to spin the Kettlebell handle on the back swing

Lather rinse and repeat for desired reps!!!

Bonus exercise: the six shooter swing, it helps develop the tug of the Kettlebell needed to clean
