Peri Peri Mushroom Spaghetti
Take a pan and add oil/butter. Let it heat a lil. Now add 8oz chopped mushrooms and saute them.
Once sauteed, take mushrooms aside on a plate.
Add some butter, let it melt. Add 2tbsp chopped garlic, 1/2 medium sliced onions, 2-3 green chillies, 1 cup chopped parsley and saute well.
Boil pasta in parallel while making your spice mix. The pasta will be done when your spices are ready.
Now add the sauteed mushrooms, salt and 3 tbsp peri peri masala, 1 tbsp dry basil. Mix well and turn off the flame to avoid burning of spices.
Mix in the boiled pasta in the spices and give a quick mix.
Add a lil more dash of peri peri if you like. Serve hot!

Tips: 1. Use any pasta of your choice. 2. Fresh parsley can be replaced with dried ones. 3. Use your choice of Italian herbs if you dont have basil.
