Peri Peri Sauce Recipe
Heat oil in a pan, then saute red onion, garlic, and sweet paprika until softened

Add onion mixture, along with peppers, red chilis, sherry vinegar, lemon juice, zest of a lemon, brown sugar, oregano, salt, and pepper to a blender.
