Peshawari Namkeen Gosht is a dish originating from Peshawar - the province I’m representing today
Heat ghee in a wok. Add mutton & fry on high flame till color changes (2-3 mins)

Lower flame to medium. Add ginger garlic paste. Mix well

Add in salt, pepper, crushed cumin & crushed coriander. Bhoono on medium flame for around 5 mins

Add water. Increase flame to high & bring to a boil. Lower flame to simmer. Cover & cook 1 hour

Once meat is cooked, add ginger, coriander & green chilies. Increase flame & dry up extra water.

Dish out. Serve with naan
