Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich
Melt 1 tbsp (14g) butter & saute 1/2 cup (75g) diced onions until translucent & lightly browned.

Split the hard rolls in half & butter each half with butter.

Toast the rolls (buttered side down) on medium-high heat in a second frying pan.

Pile 6 ounces prime rib or steak (170g) + 2 ounces of sliced cheese (50g). Cover w/ a lid.

Flip the rolls, when the rolls are browned, remove from heat & set aside.

Add the stack of onions, meat & melted cheese to 1/2 of each roll. Cover w/ the other half & serve.
