Pierogi, Sausage & Veggie Sheet Pan Dinner
Slice your sausage into coins then slice again in half

Place sliced sausages on sheetpan

Place olive oil in a bowl

Then add in salt

And your choice of hot sauce

Toss in the peppers

And garlic and toss well to coat with oil and spices

Place the veggies on the sheetpan

Place the pierogies in the bowl with the oil and spices

Toss them well to coat (adding more oil & spices as needed)

Spread out evenly & bake (overcrowded for visual effect in photo)

Use 1 large baking sheet or 2 smaller ones - (make sure to spread out ingredients evenly)

So that the pierogies

Sausages, and veggies get nice & golden and cook evenly

Serve with sour cream and enjoy!
