Lift your arms towards your knees and lean over them. Do 15 of these.

Do 15 gentle bridges.

Crunch your head up and hold it with your hands. Alternate kicking your feet for 1 minute.

Lie on your back and draw a few circles with your right foot. Then hug your right leg in.

Switch to the other leg and draw a few circles. Then hug your left leg in.

Get into seal pose and hold it for about 1 minute.

Get on your knees. Then alternate leaning back and touching your toes. Do this for 30 seconds.

Get into a plank and hold it for 1 minute.
