Pilgrim Hat Cookies
Gather ingredients

Add 1 cup chocolate morsels and 1 Tbsp canola oil into 2 cup silicone prep bowl. Mix.

1 minute in microwave on high

Arrange fudge striped cookies face down on parchment lined bar pan or sheet pan.

Use a small scraper to blend the melted chocolate and oil.

Dip marshmallows into chocolate and cove completely. Place it over the middle of cookie.

When all marshmallows are covered, place your sheet pan in fridge for 20 mins to harden.

Pipe a white band of icing around the base of hat and then make the buckle.
