Pineapple and orange glazed ham
Add liquid ingredients
Add spices and set to cook 20-25 mins, 100 degrees, speed 3
Check the glaze
Pour glaze into a bowl to cool down
Preheat oven to 180 and make first cut around the leg bone
Cut a horizontal line across the middle and use your fingers to remove the rind leaving the fat
Remove the rest of the rind
Score the fat in a diagonal diamond pattern
Brush the glaze onto the ham and put into the oven at 180 for 30 mins
Reduce oven to 160 and brush another layer of glaze onto the ham
Cook for 45-60 mins repeating the glaze every 20 mins
Remove from oven and cut to serve
