Shredded Mozzarella cheese using Microplane Adjustable Coarse Grater.

Spread a little cornmeal on the Pizza Peel.

Place dough on peel. Publix sells premade and prerolled!

Brushed on sauce using Chef’s Silicone Basting Brush. Topped with cheese and turkey pepperoni.

Slid off of peel and onto preheated pizza stone!

Baked at 450* for 12 minutes!
