Plantain bread: Simple & healthy!
Peel your ripe plantains and mash with a fork

Add eggs, almond milk, vanilla extract and honey

Whisk in all the wet ingredients

Transfer barter into a well greased loaf pan (bake at 350°f for 40 - 45 mins)
