Plant-Based Blueberry Crumble (for One)
Fill a 4-inch cake pan with 1 1/2 cups of frozen blueberries.

In a small bowl combine 1/2 cup quick oats, 2 T maple syrup, and 1 T almond flour.

Stir until combined.

Cover the blueberries with the oat mixture. Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.
