Plant-Based Cauliflower Bean White Sauce

Steam 2 heads of cauliflower until very tender.
Pre-blend the cauliflower in the food processor to make room for the other ingredients.
Add a can of white beans (including liquid), 2T nutritional yeast, 4 cloves garlic, 1T lemon juice, 1T onion powder, and 1/2t hot pepper flakes.
Blend until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve with your favorite pasta. Enjoy!
