Combine hazelnuts, oats, dates and cocoa in a food processor.

Press base layer in a cake pan.

For the chocolate layer mix cashews first.

Add cocoa powder, date sugar, coconut cream, lemon juice, vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.

...combine to a creamy chocolate layer.

Spread over base layer and let it cool in freezer for 6 hours.

Then remove from freezer and garnish with fruits at hand and melted dark chocolate.
