Plant-Based Chocolate Freezer Fudge
Add 1/2c rolled oats to a food processor and grind into a flour.

Add 4 dates, 1/4c cocoa powder, 1 can black beans, 1/4c non-dairy milk, 1/4c date syrup, 2T coconut cream, 2T ground flax, and 1t vanilla.

Process until completely smooth.

Pulse or stir in 1/2c vegan chocolate chips.

Spread the mixture into a parchment-lined pan and freeze for 4 hours or overnight.

Once frozen, allow the bars to sit out 5 minutes before cutting.

Serve and enjoy! Keep leftovers frozen.
