Plant-Based Garlic Mac & Cheese
Add 2/3c soaked cashews, 1/2c cauliflower, 1/4c white miso, 2 heads roasted garlic, 2T nooch, 1T lemon juice, and 1t salt to a food processor.
Blend with 1c boiling water to create a cheesy sauce.
Pour over your pasta of choice. I used elbows!
Top with extra roasted garlic and enjoy!
