Plum And Almond Galette
Make Dough: Add flour, salt to food processor and pulse to combine

Add butter and pulse to combine

Add ice cold water and pulse just until dough starts to form

Dump out and press for it to come together

Wrap and refrigerate while you make the filling

Process the flour sugar and almond

until a course meal

Roll out your dough between two pieces of parchment or on floured surface

Sprinkle on the almond filling

Add the plum pieces

Fold over the edges of the galette

Brush edges with egg wash

Sprinkle with sliced almonds

Refrigerate 20 minutes then bake
