Add rice, poha, urad dal, methi seeds to a big bowl.

Soak for 4-6 hours

Blend them to a smooth consistency

Add sufficient water to blend

Transfer the batter to the inner pot

Add salt to the fermented batter and mix well

Heat the tawa and spread a laddle of batter on the center of the tawa.
