Add 2 cups of oats to a baking tray, coat in 2 tbs of maple syrup and bake at 180 C for 30 mins

In 4 glasses, evenly spread 3/4 of your toasted oats & layer 2 heaped tbs of Greek yogurt on top

Evenly layer 2 tbs of pomegranate seeds on top

Your glass should now be 3/4 full...time for the next step...

Evenly layer 1 tbs of Greek yogurt to your glasses

Evenly top with the remaining toasted oats

Evenly top with 1 tbs of pistachios

Serve with a little honey & enjoy for breakfast, a snack or healthy dessert!
