Pomegranate Pistachio Chocolate Bark

Cut a circle on top and remove. Then, score the sides a quarter way down

Use the back of a wooden spoon and pound the pomegranate until all the seeds fall out

Crush pistachios into small pieces

Cut dark chocolate into small pieces to melt quicker

Pour chocolate on a tray and spread evenly into a square

Top with pomegranate and pistachios and some sea salt (optional) freeze for 30 min.

Cut into bite size pieces and done! Enjoy!
