Pork Bum Buns
Mix dough until smooth and elastic.
Cover with a damp towel and let rise for one hour.
Add bbq sauce, pulled pork, red onion, and cheese.
Roll up like a log the long way.
Slice into 12 pieces.
Use a serrated knife and cut in half, then half again, then quarters to keep pieces even.
Add rolls to a greased baking dish.
Cover with the towel and let rise again for 30 minutes.
Bake for 45 minutes. Let sit for five minutes, then serve.
Store in a tightly sealed container up to two days.
