Dice 1 Roma tomato. Place in 2c Prep Bowl.

Chop 1 onion into large chunks. Dice using Food Chopper. Add 2T to tomato.

Zest lime. Halve, then quarter one half.

Peel 2-3 cloves of garlic, then mince using Garlic Press.

Juice lime half in bowl with tomato & onion. Season with salt & pepper.

Add lime zest to 1-2T sour cream in 1c Prep Bowl. Add water to make drizzling consistency. Season with salt & pepper.

Heat oil in skillet. Add onion & cook 2-3 mins.

Add 10oz ground pork & brown 4-6 mins.

Break up pork using Mix N Chop.

Add 1 scoop Super Veggie Enrichables for a nutritional boost. Then add 1T southwest spice, garlic & pinch of salt.

Add 1t flour & 1/4c broth to pork. Cook until thickened.

Add pork mixture to tortillas. Top with Monterey Jack cheese. Roll to create flautas. Place in stone bar pan. Spray with olive oil if desired.

Bake at 425° for 8-12 mins.

Flautas are done!
Top with pico...
