Pork Ragu In The Quick Cooker!
Chop two celery stalks (recipe link below)

Peel and chop two carrots

Chop one half onion

Press two cloves garlic

Sear 2 lb boneless pork shoulder on all sides

Remove pork, add onion, carrot and celery cook for 3 minutes

Add garlic, 1 tsp rosemary, 2 tbsp thyme, 2 tsp sage, 2 tbsp tomato paste, stir

Add 1 cup wine, one 28 oz tomatoes & pork. Set QC to pork setting, press start

Shred pork before serving

Serve over pasta. Enjoy!
