Wash the jumbo portobello mushrooms

Soak up as much water as possible

The beauty of burgers is use any toppings you have!

Sear the burgers 3-4 min per side depending on thickness. Top with the melty goodness the last min.

Sear the mushroom in BUTTER. 2-3 min per side. Do not overcook! They’ll get soggy fast.
